There’s so much to see and do in and around Algonquin Park. Canoe to the world-famous Ragged Falls or explore the rock cliffs just a short paddle distance from our sand beach. Walk the Beetle Lake trail starts at the end of our driveway. Take the time to explore the many spectacular natural wonders throughout the area. Algonquin Park is a treat for those who love the outdoors and offer incredible opportunities for wildlife observation, including moose, deer, bear, many bird species, and several of nature’s other furry friends. Bird watchers from around the world come to the area for spectacular birding in the early spring. Loon or Moose sighting and photography is also possible for those who enjoy painting or are into nature photography of traditional Muskoka scenes and wildlife the area is superb.
